By making a reservation, entering into a rental agreement, or using our website or services, you agree to these Terms together with any applicable rental agreement and booking-specific conditions.

Weiss Mobility provides premium car rental services in Austria.
Depending on availability, our services may include:
- Premium and luxury vehicle rentals
- Short-term and extended rentals
- Vehicle collection and return
- Additional driver services
- Optional rental equipment or services
Specific vehicles, prices, availability, rental periods, and conditions are subject to the applicable booking and rental agreement.
3. Reservations
A reservation request submitted through the website does not necessarily constitute a confirmed rental.
A reservation becomes confirmed only when Weiss Mobility has accepted the booking and, where applicable, provided confirmation and received any required payment or deposit.
Vehicle availability is subject to change until the reservation has been confirmed.
4. Driver Requirements
Renters and additional drivers must satisfy all applicable eligibility requirements.
These may include:
- Meeting the applicable minimum age

- Providing any documents required under applicable law or the rental agreement
- Meeting any additional requirements associated with a particular vehicle
We reserve the right to request documentation reasonably necessary to verify eligibility.
5. Rental Agreement

- Use the vehicle for illegal activities
- Use the vehicle for racing, competitions, or speed testing
- Use the vehicle off-road where prohibited
- Sub-rent or transfer the vehicle
- Make modifications to the vehicle
- Use the vehicle in a manner that could reasonably cause excessive damage
Additional restrictions may apply to individual vehicles.
9. Vehicle Condition
The renter is responsible for returning the vehicle in accordance with the applicable rental agreement.
Customers should inspect the vehicle at collection and report any existing damage or issues promptly.
Damage occurring during the rental may result in charges in accordance with the rental agreement and applicable law.
10. Mileage, Fuel, and Charging
Mileage limits, fuel requirements, and charging requirements may vary by vehicle and rental agreement.
Additional mileage or refueling/recharging charges may apply where specified in the applicable rental terms.
11. Vehicle Return
Vehicles must be returned:
- At the agreed location
- On the agreed date and time
- In the condition required by the rental agreement
Late returns may result in additional charges.
If a renter expects to be late, they should contact Weiss Mobility as soon as possible.
12. Cancellations and Changes
Cancellation and modification terms may vary depending on the vehicle, booking rate, rental period, and time of cancellation.
Any applicable cancellation fees will be communicated during booking or in the rental agreement.
13. Accidents, Damage, and Breakdown
The renter must promptly notify Weiss Mobility of any:
- Accident
- Theft
- Damage
- Mechanical problem
- Warning light
- Breakdown
- Other significant vehicle incident
Renters must also contact the appropriate emergency services where necessary and follow reasonable instructions provided by Weiss Mobility.
The renter must not authorize significant repairs without prior approval except where immediate action is reasonably necessary for safety.
14. Insurance and Liability
Insurance coverage, deductibles, exclusions, and renter liability depend on the applicable rental agreement and insurance arrangements for the vehicle.
Nothing in these Terms is intended to exclude or limit liability where such exclusion or limitation is prohibited by applicable law.
15. Fines, Tolls, and Traffic Charges
The renter is responsible for charges arising from their use of the vehicle, including applicable:
- Parking charges
- Tolls
- Traffic fines
- Road-use charges
- Administrative fees associated with processing such charges
Where permitted by law, Weiss Mobility may provide relevant renter information to authorities or process applicable charges in accordance with the rental agreement.
16. Vehicle Availability
While reasonable efforts are made to provide the reserved vehicle, circumstances such as accidents, mechanical problems, maintenance requirements, previous renter delays, or other events may affect availability.
Where a reserved vehicle becomes unavailable, Weiss Mobility may provide a comparable alternative or another appropriate solution, subject to availability and the applicable rental terms.

Information on the website is provided for general informational purposes.
Vehicle photographs may show representative models, equipment, colors, or configurations. Actual vehicles may differ from website images.
Prices, specifications, availability, and other information may change without notice.
18. Intellectual Property
All website content, including text, photographs, graphics, logos, branding, videos, and design elements, is owned by Weiss Mobility or its respective licensors.
No content may be reproduced, distributed, modified, or commercially exploited without prior written permission.
