What documents do I need to rent a car?
A valid driver’s license, a passport or national ID, and a payment card in the main driver’s name. An international driving permit may also be required.
Is there a minimum age requirement?
Yes. The minimum age is typically 21, although it may vary by vehicle category. A young-driver fee may apply to drivers under 25.
What is included in the rental price?
The price includes the vehicle, standard insurance coverage, and the mileage allowance shown in your booking. Fuel, tolls, fines, and optional extras are charged separately.
Can I cross borders with the rental car?
Cross-border travel may be allowed with prior approval. Please contact us before your trip, as restrictions and additional fees may apply.
How does airport delivery work?
Share your flight details when booking. Our representative will meet you at the agreed airport location and hand over the vehicle.
What happens in case of an accident?
Make sure everyone is safe, contact the local authorities if necessary, and notify us immediately. Do not admit liability, and document the incident with photos and an accident report.
Can I cancel or modify my booking?
Yes. You can request changes or cancellation before pickup, subject to vehicle availability and the cancellation terms of your booking.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept major credit and debit cards. The card used for the security deposit must usually be in the main driver’s name.
